Outside
Make Signs & put in front yard and out by N. 2nd.
Don't park in front of house anymore.
Shovel so there is a neat path to front door.
Straighten up mailbox
Replace Numbers (They should be in the house)
Have Wigton do the gravel (Spring)


Screened In Porch
Paint Outside of LR door - Brown (or wash) whichever looks decent and is quick
Get area indoor/outdoor carpet as we won't paint floor.
Repair the window with the duct tape
(For fun get a Knocker? - Is there a door bell, if so check it)

Living Room
Check if any more outlets or covers need replacement
Check windows to see if you need to fix window Screens or locks
Vacuum out the heat vent really well - remove that piece of carpet.
Spray paint the heat vent black or white.

Dining Room
Check if any more outlets or covers need replacement
Fix window Screen
Vacuum out the floor heat vent really well - remove that piece of carpet.
Spray paint the heat vent black or white.

Kitchen
Put up moulding
Replace Outlet covers
Put up smoke detector
Check windows to see if you need to fix window Screens or locks

Bath
Caulk around molding where needed
Paint trim by window
Replace Outlets & covers
Check windows to see if you need to fix window Screens or locks
Put up toilet roll holder & towel holder
Put on new blind

Hall
Clean wood Trim at tippy top

Hall to basement
Make sure back door is painted well (both sides).
Put Second Coat of paint on
Put remaining matching piece of linoleum at landing
Put Finish Strips on the stairs & landing
Paint Steps going down
Finish painting door white

Bed #1

Touch Up wall paint by floor so you can't see run marks.
Paint Stairs going down the basement

Tenant will not get garage. It will be a possibility in the spring however for $25 additional a month.
